Moisturisation/Hydration Evaluation
This method evaluates the effectiveness of a product in improving the hydration level of the skin instant as well as long lasting.
The test involves the use of a Corneometer, which measures the moisture content of the skin surface. The instrument is placed on the skin, and the hydration level is recorded. The test is conducted before and after the application of the product to determine its efficacy in improving skin hydration.
The test provides a quantitative assessment of the product's ability to moisturise the skin, helping cosmetic companies develop safer and more effective cosmetic products.
