Hair Volume

This in-vitro test is used to evaluate the volumizing effect of hair care products on hair tresses using Dia-Stron MTT175, to measure the volume of hair before and after application of the product.

The test involves taking a hair tress and measuring its volume using the equipment. The hair tress is then treated with the product and allowed to dry. After drying, the volume of the hair tress is measured again using the same equipment.

The difference in the volume of the hair tress before and after application of the product is calculated and evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the product in providing volume to the hair. The hair volume test is a reliable way to measure the volumizing effect of hair care products and can help companies in substantiating their claims for their product.
